ING Shortlisting Procedure
The ING shortlisting procedure includes the following steps:
- Only correctly completed electronic applications received before the deadline will be accepted.
- Each application will be reviewed by an Interview Panel
- Each application will be reviewed against a list of criteria to determine the candidates eligibility for shortlisting. The criteria are defined in the job annoucement.
- If an insufficient number of applicants are ineligible for shortlisting, the Interview Panel may relax the shortlisting criteria
- The top-ranked candidates will be shortlisted for interview
- Interviews and presentations will be in English
The procedures of the Interview Panel are confidential and any contact with its members is strictly forbidden
